First baseman Casey Kotchman hit one over the fence and had 2 RBI at SAFECO
Field where the Mansfield Mounties beat the South Range Mariners by the score
of 4 to 1.
 
Mansfield jumped on top to stay in the 4th inning plating one baserunner.
After an out was recorded, Dan Uggla lofted a solo-blast 'downtown'.  South
Range went down without a fight in the bottom of the 9th.  
 
The win was credited to Cory Luebke(4-5) who went 8 innings allowing 1 run.
John Axford gained credit for his 13th save.  Bud Norris(12-11) was charged
with the loss.  
 
The win by Mansfield was very good news as they had been 2-8 of late.  Now
their seasonal record improves to 73-65.  Still in a bad slump, with this
loss, South Range is 1-9 lately and 66-72 on the year.
