The South Range Mariners got by the Greenville Black Sox at SAFECO Field.  The
final score was 6 to 4.
 
Mark Lowe(1-0) got the win with a steady relief outing.  He surrendered 1 hit
and 1 walk in 1 and 1/3 innings.  Greenville threatened in the 9th but South
Range was able to put down the rally.  
 
Joel Hanrahan got the save, his 2nd.  Sam Lecure(0-1) was tagged with the loss
in relief.  He was unable to retire a batter and surrendered 2 hits and no
walks.
